Shipping policy
At Branches & Knots Online Boutique, we’d like you to have a great experience with shipping.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from us in Vancouver, BC, Canada to the destination. Domestic delivery takes 2-8 business days by Canada Post, UPS or other couriers. US orders are shipped by Canada Post - US Postal Service or other couriers. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Those shipping durations are approximate. It can take longer from time to time.
- International Shipping rates (except to the U.S.) with DHL are not preset, so shipping price may vary. Therefore, we may inform you of an adjusted shipping price after you submit your order.
International Shipping – Customs & Import Duties
- All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities based on the value of the items.
- All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We do not have control over these charges.
