◆ Samurai kitty's posing is actually based on a real samurai performer from Japan, Mr. Daiki Ishida. He was very kind to let me use his image as my kitty samurai's posing.

◆ Scroll next to samurai cat is read as "萬里同刃” ~ bannri dou jin ~

This is a "created words" inspired by an actual scroll from 香道（kodo) ceremony; 萬里同風（bannri doufuu) From the meaning of "the same wind blowing even to far-off regions", it is a metaphor for a unified and peaceful era."

So this samurai kitty is wishing a world peace :)

◆ Sword samurai kitty is shouldering is "逆刃刀” (saka ba tou), it is Yurie's love and respect to a famous manga るろうに剣心（Rurouni Kenshin).
